The Role — 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 (𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁 + 𝗡𝗼𝗱𝗲 / 𝗡𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗝𝗦 / 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗝𝗦) We’re looking for a 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 who can own product features end-to-end — from world-class front-end interfaces to highly scalable backend systems. You’ll be a key contributor to architecture, scalability, performance, and engineering best practices across the platform. Responsibilities: • Take end-to-end ownership of full-stack product features • Build beautiful, responsive UIs with 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁 + 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁 • Architect and develop scalable backend services using 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗝𝗦 / 𝗡𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗝𝗦 / 𝗡𝗼𝗱𝗲.𝗷𝘀 • Design efficient database schemas and optimize queries (𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗦𝗤𝗟 + 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗢𝗥𝗠) • Integrate AI-driven insights deeply into dashboards & workflows • Write high-quality, modular, testable code with performance in mind • Drive architectural decisions, code quality standards, and best practices • Mentor other engineers and support team growth • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI / Automation teams What You’ll Bring: • 𝟱–𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁 + 𝗡𝗼𝗱𝗲.𝗷𝘀 • Exceptional command over 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁 / 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁 • Expertise in 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 — state management, routing, performance optimizations • Strong experience with 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗦𝗤𝗟, 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗢𝗥𝗠 or equivalent ORM • Deep understanding of 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 & 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗤𝗟 API patterns • Exposure to event-driven architecture / Redis is a plus • Experience working with large, dynamic datasets and real-time UIs • Strong system design fundamentals (scalability, performance, clean architecture) • Ownership mindset — proactive, curious, and driven to build great products
