Business Unit: B2B Transformation Arm Location: Gurugram / Remote Compensation: 6 LPA The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to architect the transition from manual workflows to Autonomous Operations for large-scale industrial and healthcare enterprises. This is not about building chat widgets; it is about "Day-0 Digitalization" structuring high-stakes, distributed environments to bridge the gap between legacy data and AI-driven decision intelligence. The Technical Challenge Unlike standard B2C apps, our B2B ecosystem demands high-reliability engineering. You will manage environments handling 20M+ records, integrating with 10+ legacy systems, and automating high-volume commercial workflows where precision is non-negotiable. Key Responsibilities • AI-Native Product Engineering: Build end-to-end "finished products" designed to solve complex enterprise problems like Margin Leakage and Resource Allocation. • Distributed Systems & Orchestration: Design architectures capable of real-time synchronization across multi-facility networks (e.g., multi-plant industrial grids or hospital groups). • Agentic Frameworks: Develop the logic for AI Agents that reason over enterprise data, execute code, and automate tasks like dispatch planning and insurance verification. • Enterprise Data Integration: Utilize HL7/FHIR and standard protocols to unify siloed data from SAP, EMRs, and CRMs into a high-fidelity context for LLMs. • Decision Intelligence UI: Create adaptive interfaces that prioritize "Recommended Actions" and auto-surfaced insights over traditional static reporting. Qualifications & Skills • Full-Stack Mastery: Expert proficiency in modern stacks (React, Node.js, etc.) with a track record of building scalable Enterprise SaaS. • AI-Enabled Engineering: Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based applications for conversational analytics and autonomous decision-making. • System Architecture: Proven ability to handle large-scale distributed setups, data lake architectures, and complex integrations. • Domain Logic: Ability to translate industrial/healthcare workflows into code that drives CFO-level business metrics.
