Goodspace.ai | Senior Full Stack Engineer (4+ Years) — Founding Builder Track (Sweat Equity Pathway) Full-time | On-site | Noida | 9:30 AM–6:00 PM | Mon–Sat Minimum 4 years full-time Full Stack experience mandatory. Freshers will be auto-rejected. Goodspace.ai is evolving into an AI-first talent operating layer for employers. We’re combining large-scale jobseeker data, recruiter workflows, and agentic automation to create hiring systems that feel less like software and more like a synthetic recruiting team. We’re in the phase where the right builders can shape the product DNA — the kind of early momentum that becomes the 'next big thing' when it scales. This role is for Founding Builder–caliber engineers who want to grow into partner/cofounder-level responsibility over a 3-year horizon. This is not a role for someone optimizing for a quick 20–30% salary jump. What you’ll do • Build and scale end-to-end web applications (front + back). • Own features from spec → architecture → implementation → release. • Write clean, testable, production-grade code. • Improve performance, reliability, and developer velocity. • Work closely with product, design, growth, and leadership. Must-have • 4+ years React.js • 4+ years Node.js • Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript • API design + database experience (MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL) • Strong debugging and system thinking • Git + modern dev workflows Good-to-have • CI/CD, DevOps exposure • AWS/Azure/GCP • Experience with scale, observability, security Growth & ownership Year 1: deep code/feature ownership Year 2: product-level impact Year 3: business-level contribution + leadership→ credible pathway into partner-grade ownership Incentives We’re not positioning ESOPs as the core value here.
