Grow Your Staff is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer for an international client building secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade applications. This is a full-time remote opportunity, working closely with global stakeholders on modern, high-impact systems. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex platforms involving multi-tenant architecture, AI integrations, and cloud-based infrastructure, with a strong focus on security and reliability. **Experience required** : 4-7 years **CTC** : INR 25-35 LPA **Location** : Remote **Type of employment** : Full-time **Responsibilities** : • Build and maintain modern frontend applications using React and Next.js. • Develop backend services and APIs using Python. • Design and work on enterprise-grade, multi-tenant systems. • Integrate and evaluate AI models and services within applications. • Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines for reliable deployments. • Ensure high standards of application security, data protection, and access control. • Collaborate on system design, performance benchmarking, and scalability planning. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. • Work closely with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. **Requirements** : • Strong experience with React, Next.js, and modern frontend development. • Backend development experience using Python. • Working knowledge of testing frameworks, automation, and quality assurance practices. • Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. • Experience integrating AI / ML models or APIs into production systems. • Understanding of security best practices for web and enterprise applications. • Prior experience working on enterprise applications and multi-tenant architectures. **Qualifications** : • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience delivering production-ready applications. • Strong problem-solving and system design skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical problems. • Good communication skills and experience working with international teams.
