Position Title : Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (React, DevOps) Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka (Onsite or Hybrid) Work Timings : Day shift (as per business requirement) Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with strong experience in .NET, React , and practical DevOps exposure. You will design, build, and deploy scalable web applications, collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, and own delivery from development to production with a quality-first mindset. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and React . • Develop reusable UI components, manage state, and ensure responsive performance in React. • Design and implement secure, scalable REST APIs, integrate with databases, and optimize performance. • Follow engineering best practices : clean code, SOLID principles, design patterns, code reviews. • Write unit and integration tests, support QA, and drive production readiness. • Work with DevOps pipelines for build, release, and deployments. • Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and support production releases. • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver measurable outcomes. Required Skills and Qualifications • Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core . • Strong hands-on experience with React.js , JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. • Strong database skills with SQL Server (or PostgreSQL / MySQL), query optimization, indexing. • DevOps experience with CI / CD such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins , or similar. • Exposure to Docker and deployment best practices. • Strong Git skills, branching strategies, and release management discipline. • Good communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindset. Preferred Skills • Cloud exposure : Azure (preferred) or AWS. • Microservices architecture, message queues (Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka). • Infrastructure basics : Kubernetes (nice to have), IaC tools like Terraform (nice to have). • Security basics : OAuth2, JWT, OWASP practices. • Performance profiling and logging / monitoring tools. What Success Looks Like • Clean, stable releases with minimal production issues • Fast delivery with good code quality and test coverage • Reliable CI / CD and smooth deployments • Strong ownership of features end-to-end
