**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Senior Full-Stack ReactJS & WordPress Architect for a Real Estate Tech company from Sweden, you will be responsible for owning the architecture and end-to-end delivery of complex WordPress builds. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and implement WordPress plugins, data models, APIs, caching/CDN, and CI/CD. - Build responsive, accessible UIs from Figma using HTML/CSS/JS and Elementor. - Optimize Core Web Vitals and enforce security best practices. - Write brief design notes, estimate sanely, and work independently and proactively. - Triage and resolve bugs from ClickUp (and occasionally Slack) by reproducing, identifying root cause, fixing, and shipping patches with clear updates. - Communicate risks/trade-offs early. - Suggest improvements when possible and voice risks when seen. **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of experience with PHP and advanced WordPress plugin development (hooks/filters, REST, cron, capabilities, security, multisite). - Strong frontend skills in ReactJS with a performance mindset. - Proficiency in Composer, Git, and fluent English. - Reliable internet connection and ability to work self-directed. - Mandatory AI-first workflow experience with daily LLM use and safe prompt hygiene. - Nice to have skills include WooCommerce, Cloudflare Workers, and advanced git workflows.
