Senior Fullstack Engineer

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer on the HomewiseDocs platform, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-quality web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team including product managers, designers, and engineers—both domestic and international—to implement features from concept to deployment. Responsibilities • Serve as a subject matter expert in application architecture, performance optimization, and system design. • Be a positive influence on the team by promoting a culture of innovation, nurturing new ideas, and growing and supporting engineers through mentorship. • Collaborate closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions that are robust and maintainable. • Be a highly productive hands-on contributor building new features and enhancing existing functionality within the HomeWiseDoc’s platform. • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring reliability and performance in production environments. • Work with the technical leads and other stakeholders to develop project plans and participate in resource planning. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of back office services and customer-facing features.
