Profile Overview: -We are seeking a Senior Functional QA Engineer with strong experience in testing Sitecore-based digital experience platforms and AI/ML-driven Chatbot solutions. This role involves validating complex content management workflows, personalization rules, integrations, conversational flows, and ensuring a high-quality digital experience across web and chatbot channels. Position - Senior Functional QA Engineer Location- Noida Experience- 5 to 8 years Employment Type: Full-Time Application Link- https://lnkd.in/gtjw72AU Responsibilities: - • Review business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for Sitecore and chatbot features. • Design and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, and regression test suites. • Validate Sitecore CMS workflows, content publishing, templates, SXA components, personalization rules, and multilingual/multisite configurations. • Test end-to-end customer journeys across Sitecore experience pages, forms, components, analytics, and chatbot interactions. • Ensure seamless integration between Sitecore, backend services, APIs, CDP, CRM, and chatbot platforms. • Validate conversational flows, intents, entities, dialog variations, fallback logic, and escalation paths for the chatbot. • Test chatbot response accuracy, NLU/NLP understanding, context handling, and behavior across channels. • Verify chatbot training data, utterance coverage, and perform regression testing after model updates. • Perform REST and GraphQL API validation, including data exchange between Sitecore CMS/CDP, backend systems, and chatbot engines. • Prepare test strategies, test plans, RTMs, execution reports, and maintain high-quality documentation. • Log and track defects in JIRA/Azure DevOps with clear steps, replication conditions, and severity assessment. • Collaborate with developers, architects, content authors, and product teams throughout the SDLC. • Validate page performance, loading behavior, core web vitals, and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) for Sitecore and chatbot interfaces. • Provide usability and functional feedback to enhance overall user experience. Required Skills: • 5–8 years of experience in Functional QA, with at least 3-4 years in Sitecore CMS testing. • Hands-on experience in testing AI/ML-based chatbots. • Strong understanding of content management, templates, workflows, publishing, and digital experience platforms. • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger), browser dev tools, and cross-browser testing. • Familiarity with Sitecore Experience Platform, SXA, content authoring, and personalization. • Knowledge of SQL and data validation. • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and documentation skills. • Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
