Role: Senior GenAI / NLP Engineer Location: Gurgoan (NCR) Minimum Exp.: 10+ Years Hire Type: Permanent What You'll Do: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance our GenAI-powered smart digital assistant. - Leverage your expertise in NLP and transformer architectures to create intelligent conversational agents. - Dive into the world of traditional NLP techniques and stay ahead of the curve. - Apply your strong understanding of fundamental concepts—statistics, linear algebra, calculus, regression, classification, and time series analysis—to extract valuable insights from data. - Be the driving force behind our data visualization efforts. Whether it's Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos, you'll create compelling visualizations that bring data to life. - Contribute to the development of a fantastic visualization layer for analytics, making complex insights accessible and actionable. Must-Have Skills: 1. NLP Mastery: • Proficiency in LLMs and transformer architectures. • Deep understanding of traditional NLP techniques. • Agentic Frameworks and Libraries i.e. Langgraph, Langchain, Langfuse(monitoring and observe), MCP 2. Tech Savvy: • Proficiency in cloud computing and Python programming. • Familiarity with Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn. • Experience with cloud services for model training and deployment. 3. Machine Learning Fundamentals: • Statistical concepts for robust data analysis. • Linear algebra principles for modelling and optimization. • Calculus for optimizing algorithms and models. • Predictive modelling techniques for regression and classification. • Time series analysis for handling time-dependent data. • Deep learning and neural networks. 4. LLM Operations: • Expertise in managing and operationalizing large language models. • Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, IBM Watson). Good-to-Have Skills: 1. Web Technologies: • Node.js and React.js—because we're all about creating seamless user experiences. 2. Domain Knowledge: • Retail banking insights would be a plus. 3. Distributed Systems: • Understanding web-based distributed systems will set you apart.
