The Senior General Manager will be responsible for overseeing operational excellence, developing business strategies, managing a team, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Daily tasks include supervising operations, driving team performance, coordinating with global offices, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The role also requires nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities for business growth. Qualifications • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills • Proven track record in business strategy development, operations management, and performance improvement • Exceptional communication, client handling, and interpersonal skills • Understanding of immigration services or related industries preferred • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with demonstrated analytical skills • Proficiency in using project management tools and CRM platforms is a plus • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
