Senior Global Data Governance Analyst
About the job
Overview The Financial Systems Integration (FSI) team oversees our core financial systems (SAP, BW, OneStream), providing leadership on our month-end close and consolidation process and guiding the business and other key stakeholders on our financial systems, data and transactional processes. As global data governance analyst, you will own the governance of global data hierarchies for the enterprise. The role will partner with global process owners, key finance stakeholders and cross functional partners to drive forward standardization efforts and ensure our data model processes are well-governed and operate efficiently and effectively. Critical success factors include the ability to advise commercial partners on appropriate data structures and attributes and objectively govern the associated processes to create and manage our financial and product data. In this role, you will get exposure to the following experiences: own a significant functional process, govern and execute control activities, and provide leadership to global and cross-functional stakeholders. It will also allow you to develop & apply numerous capabilities including financial acumen, process excellence and governance expertise. Key Accountabilities • Responsible for delivery of overall integrity of our data hierarchies and associated attributes • Serve as data governance lead for key transformational projects and system upgrades • Oversee system interfaces, escalating issues to owners and supporting resolution as needed • Lead local stewards in identifying maturity needs, implementing change, and ensuring consistency • Establish, sustain, and support relevant controls • Lead global education & awareness communities to ensure understanding of data governance processes Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field • 5+ years of previous applicable experience • Deep expertise of GMI financial systems and processes • Technical aptitude for process, data, systems • Strong technical and business partner communication skills • Process oriented with focus on consistency and integrity Preferred Qualifications • Experience with continuous improvement approaches

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of previous applicable experience
