Company – NBR Group of Companies Job Title – Senior GM – Sales & Marketing Location – Site Location, Bangalore, India Work Location - Job Type – Full time About the Role We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior GM – Sales & Marketing to lead the sales strategy, revenue growth, and brand positioning for our high-rise residential projects in East Bangalore. The candidate must have a proven track record in Bangalore residential real estate, strong leadership capabilities, and expertise in managing large sales teams and premium projects. Key Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end sales strategy for high-rise residential projects. • Achieve sales targets, booking volumes, and revenue objectives. • Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams. • Build and strengthen channel partner network and broker relationships. • Manage corporate tie-ups, institutional sales, and strategic partnerships. • Enhance customer experience and ensure high conversion and retention. Marketing & Brand Strategy • Develop and execute marketing strategies for project positioning and brand visibility. • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, campaigns, and lead generation. • Plan and execute project launches, promotional campaigns, and events. • Manage ATL/BTL activities and marketing communication. • Coordinate with agencies, creative teams, and internal stakeholders. Business & Market Insights • Work closely with management on pricing, inventory, and business planning. • Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights in the East Bangalore micro-markets. • Prepare and present periodic MIS reports and performance analytics. Qualification & Experience • MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred. • 12–20+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing. • Mandatory: Experience in High-Rise Residential Sales. • Preferred: Strong experience in East Bangalore residential real estate market. • Proven experience handling large teams and multiple project portfolios. Skills & Competencies • Strong leadership and team-building capability. • Excellent negotiation and closing skills. • Deep understanding of Bangalore real estate market dynamics. • Robust business acumen and result-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
