We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphics Designer with strong UI/UX expertise — someone who not only creates exceptional designs but can also lead and guide our creative team toward excellence. If you're passionate about design, innovation, and mentorship, this role is for you! What You’ll Be Doing: • Lead and mentor the design team, ensuring high-quality output and creative consistency. • Design intuitive UI/UX for web & mobile platforms — wireframes, prototypes, and final interfaces. • Create high-impact social media creatives, marketing assets, and client deliverables. • Produce video content, motion graphics, and engaging visuals for brand storytelling. • Develop professional mockups, brand concepts, and client-ready presentations. • Collaborate closely with the marketing, development, and client-servicing teams to bring ideas to life. • Maintain a strong creative vision and ensure the team delivers on deadlines. What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of experience in graphics design, UI/UX, and digital media. • Strong portfolio covering UI/UX, videos, social media creatives, mockups, and branding. • Excellent leadership ability — can guide juniors, assign tasks, and streamline workflow. • Expertise in design tools: Figma/Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc. • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects.
