Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Hotel Operations Manager to lead their operational excellence in a fully remote capacity. This critical role will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, and profitability across multiple properties. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and driving efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, strong leadership acumen, and a proven ability to manage diverse teams remotely. You will work closely with on-site management teams, driving performance through effective communication, robust reporting, and a commitment to best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive operational plans to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency. Oversee daily operations of assigned hotel properties, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Manage and control operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality. Lead, mentor, and inspire on-site management teams to achieve performance targets. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all operational departments, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance. Drive initiatives to improve guest satisfaction scores and online reputation. Ensure effective inventory management and procurement processes. Oversee the implementation of new technologies and operational systems. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to direct reports. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and exceptional service delivery. Handle escalated guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support revenue generation efforts. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
