Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Hotel Operations Manager to oversee and streamline daily operations for a portfolio of luxury properties. This is a fully remote position, requiring a proactive and results-oriented individual who can manage diverse teams and functions from anywhere in the world. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of hospitality best practices, and the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining impeccable service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability across all assigned properties. - Manage and mentor on-site and remote hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures, ensuring adherence to financial targets. - Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and revenue management teams to maximize occupancy and average daily rates. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. - Handle escalated guest concerns and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. - Prepare detailed operational reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and action plans. - Drive initiatives related to sustainability and environmental responsibility within the hotel operations. - Utilize technology and digital tools to manage remote teams and operations effectively. - Work closely with procurement to manage vendor relationships and ensure quality supplies. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders. - Continuously evaluate and improve operational workflows and service delivery. - Lead training programs for staff development and career advancement within the organization. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a senior operational leadership role. - Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. - Strong understanding of hotel management software, POS systems, and remote collaboration tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams effectively. - Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting. - Must be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. - Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
