Capax is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to build and scale our people function as we expand across research, advisory, and media services. This role will lead talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and HR operations, with strong ownership of technical recruiting and TA team management. Build and lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. Design hiring strategy aligned to business growth targets. Develop recruitment pipelines for consulting, research, media, and sales roles. Implement performance management frameworks. Drive HR operations, policies, compliance, and employee engagement. 10–12 years HR experience. • Experience managing TA teams. • Excellent English communication skills. • Strong stakeholder management.
