š Noida, Sector 16 | Hybrid š¢ Industry: IT Consulting ā° Shift: UK hours (1:00 PMā10:00 PM IST) Overview We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with global business leaders and critical business units. This is a high-impact, strategic HR role focused on shaping people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and long-term capability building. The role partners directly with BU Heads and senior leaders across UK/US and other regions and operates as a true thought partner to the business, not just an HR representative. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership ⢠Act as a trusted advisor to BU Heads and senior leadership on people strategy, org structure, and leadership capability ⢠Partner with global and regional leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development ⢠Drive consistency of HR processes across UK, US, and other regions Talent Management ⢠Enable talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development for critical roles ⢠Lead performance management, progression planning, and compensation planning for assigned business units ⢠Provide strategic guidance on promotions, incentives, and pay decisions in partnership with Finance and HR CoEs Organizational Effectiveness & Employee Experience ⢠Collaborate with HR CoEs (Recruitment, L&D, C&B, DEI) to deploy HR programs effectively ⢠Anticipate people risks and proactively address issues with business leaders ⢠Serve as the escalation point for employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance ⢠Champion employee engagement across distributed and cross-cultural teams Requirements ⢠7ā15 years of progressive HR experience ⢠5+ years in an HR Business Partner role ⢠Proven experience partnering with senior global stakeholders in a matrixed or multi-region environment ⢠Strong influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills ⢠Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities ⢠Masterās degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
