The company is well-established and focuses on delivering excellence. **Job Description** 1. **Strategic Business Partnership** • Partner with functional leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. • Serve as a key advisor on organization design, workforce planning, and succession strategy for respective functions. • Leverage data and analytics to provide insights on talent trends, attrition, engagement, and productivity. 2. **Talent Management & Development** • Drive the annual performance management, goal-setting, and talent review processes. • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to ensure hiring, onboarding, and career development are seamless. • Identify high-potential talent and partner on succession planning and leadership development programs. 3. **Employee Experience & Culture** • Lead engagement initiatives that build inclusion, recognition, and belonging across all employee groups. • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals through advocacy. • Serve as an employee advocate while balancing business priorities. 4. **HR Operations & Compliance** • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations) to ensure smooth execution of HR processes. • Maintain compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. • Manage employee relations matters proactively and resolve issues with fairness and discretion. 5. **Organizational Effectiveness & Change** • Support organizational restructuring and change management efforts to align with growth objectives. • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, leveraging technology and automation. • Promote a performance-driven culture and embed HR best practices across the organization. **The Successful Applicant** • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field from a reputed institute. • 15-18 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years as a Senior HR Business Partner to Management Leaders/ Executive Committee members. • Experience in real estate or large-scale corporate environments preferred. • Prior experience of working in matrixed organizations preferred. • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements. • Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools (Workday preferred). **What's on Offer** • A competitive salary range. • Comprehensive holiday leave and other employee benefits. • Opportunities to work with a reputable organisation.. • Supportive company culture focused on growth and development.
