As a strategic HR partner, you will be responsible for supporting multiple corporate and portfolio businesses by driving end-to-end people processes, talent acquisition, engagement, and HR initiatives with a startup mindset. - Act as CHRO-1 supporting multiple businesses. - Partner closely with business leaders on org design, workforce planning, and capability building. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of startup and promoter-led culture. You will own end-to-end recruitment for both Tech and Non-Tech roles, showcasing a strategic recruiter mindset encompassing sourcing, market mapping, and offer closure. Additionally, you will work across businesses on capability mapping and developing leadership pipelines. In terms of employee lifecycle and employee relations, you will manage the hire-to-retire cycle, including onboarding, performance management, exits, and handling employee relations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for talent reviews, engagement initiatives, and culture building. You will also drive the engagement charter for the Mumbai office. You will play a Center of Excellence (COE) role based on your individual strengths and drive one strategic HR project per quarter across various offices and businesses. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of HR experience. - Mandatory experience in startups. - Strong execution-heavy HRBP background. - Prior exposure to promoter-driven or fast-scaling organizations preferred. Key Skills & Competencies: - Excellent stakeholder management with a street-smart approach. - Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of P&L and business drivers. - Emotionally mature with a leadership presence. - Grounded, rooted, and hands-on approach. - Strong communication skills.
