Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and people-centricSenior HR Business Partner to lead end-to-end HR operations across our Peelamedu and Gandhipuram branches. This is a high-impact role for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong systems, ensuring compliance, and partnering closely with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and culture. The role offers significant ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to shape HR practices across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Performance & Talent Management • Lead and manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including KRAs and KPIs • Drive probation confirmations, annual appraisals, and performance review cycles • Identify capability gaps and support training and employee development initiatives Employee Relations & Engagement • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution • Design and execute employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives • Conduct regular branch visits to ensure alignment with HR policies and best practices HR Operations & Administration • Manage the complete employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to transfers and exits • Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation • Maintain accurate HR MIS, dashboards, and management reports Compliance & Policy Governance • Ensure full compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements • Implement and monitor HR policies consistently across locations • Conduct HR audits and recommend process and policy improvements Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership • Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and management • Support workforce planning, organizational development, and people strategy • Facilitate internal HR communications and meetings Candidate Profile • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HRBP roles • Strong knowledge of PMS, KRAs/KPIs, labour laws, and statutory compliance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English • Comfortable travelling between Peelamedu and Gandhipuram branches What We Offer • Competitive salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month • High ownership role with autonomy across multiple locations • Direct exposure to leadership and strategic HR initiatives • Supportive, growth-oriented work environment • Opportunity to build and strengthen HR systems and culture
