Our client, a forward-thinking organization, is seeking a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in **Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, IN**. This hybrid role allows for a flexible work arrangement, balancing remote convenience with in-office engagement. You will serve as a key strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. This position requires a strong understanding of all HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is adept at building relationships, driving change, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and develop integrated HR plans. • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. • Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. • Collaborate on compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity. • Support organizational design and change management initiatives. • Facilitate leadership development programs and succession planning. • Advise on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws. • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. • Act as a change agent, championing HR best practices and organizational development. • Manage HR projects and initiatives from conception to completion. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering. • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management. • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a hybrid environment. • Certification like SHRM-SCP or equivalent is a plus.
