Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their organization. The ideal candidate will serve as a key strategic advisor to assigned business units, supporting the achievement of organizational goals through effective HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. You will work closely with business leaders to identify HR needs, develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, and foster a positive and productive work environment. This role demands excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as you will be interacting with employees at all levels, from entry-level staff to senior management. The ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism is paramount. You should be proficient in HRIS systems and have a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. Experience in change management, employee engagement, and developing leadership capabilities will be highly advantageous.
