Our client, a rapidly growing technology company, is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner specializing in Talent Management to join their dynamic human resources team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, IN. This role is critical in developing and executing talent strategies that align with business objectives, foster employee growth, and build a high-performing workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of talent acquisition, development, performance management, and succession planning. Responsibilities: Partnering with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop integrated talent management strategies. Overseeing the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including recruitment, interviewing, and selection for critical roles. Designing and implementing robust performance management processes to drive employee development and organizational success. Developing and managing succession planning programs to ensure leadership continuity and career pathing. Creating and executing employee development initiatives, including training programs, mentorship, and leadership coaching. Analyzing workforce data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in talent management. Developing and implementing effective retention strategies to minimize employee turnover. Ensuring HR policies and practices are compliant with labor laws and promote a positive employee relations environment. Facilitating organizational design and change management initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters. Collaborating with the broader HR team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services. Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a strong organizational culture. Managing compensation and benefits strategies in alignment with talent objectives. Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on Talent Management and HR Business Partnering. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning programs. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compensation and benefits. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach. Familiarity with the technology industry and its talent landscape is highly desirable. Fluency in English and Hindi.
