Our client, a leading multinational corporation, is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join their dynamic global human resources team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere and contribute to strategic HR initiatives across the organization. You will serve as a key partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance on all human capital matters, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management. Your role will be critical in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with senior business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop strategic HR plans to support them. - Provide expert advice and counsel on all HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee development, and succession planning. - Drive organizational design and change management initiatives to support business growth and efficiency. - Develop and implement programs to foster employee engagement, retention, and a positive work environment. - Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and recommending appropriate resolutions. - Collaborate with the broader HR team (e.g., Centers of Expertise) to ensure seamless delivery of HR services. - Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and develop data-driven recommendations. - Support talent reviews and succession planning processes to build a strong leadership pipeline. - Advise on compensation strategies and ensure equitable pay practices. - Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. - Lead and participate in HR projects, contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes and policies. - Facilitate leadership development programs and coaching for managers. - Act as a trusted advisor and change agent within the business units you support. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Master's degree or MBA preferred. - Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, preferably within a global organization. - Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing business decisions. - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development principles. - Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, and compensation strategies. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics. - Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive HR initiatives effectively in a remote environment. - CIPD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
