Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team in Thane, Maharashtra, IN. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive employee relations environment, and driving organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and insightful HR professional with a strong understanding of diverse HR functions, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and performance management. Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support on all people-related matters. - Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business goals, such as talent acquisition strategies, succession planning, and leadership development programs. - Partner with managers to address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, working to create a workplace culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions. - Oversee performance management processes, ensuring fair and consistent application of standards. - Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and programs across the organization. - Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity. - Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging HR trends to provide strategic insights. - Facilitate change management processes and support employees through organizational transitions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - A Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus. - Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record as an HR Business Partner. - Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and change management. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. - A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
