Ltd is URGENTLY HIRING for Senior HR Executive (MALE CANDIDATES ONLY) at their Corporate Office Overview: We are seeking an Senior HR Executive (MALE CANDIDATES ONLY) to manage recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism. Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end Recruitment - Sourcing, Screening and Alignment. • Onboarding of employees using the HRMS software. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Maintain employee records and HR documentation properly. • Support engagement activities and grievance handling. • Interaction with 3rd Party Vendors for Security, Housekeepers, Helpers and Labors. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree. • 2+ years of HR experience. • Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and Punjabi). • Knowledge of HRIS tools and labor regulations. • Knowledge of Compliance is mandatory.
