𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗥 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh (On-site) We are looking for an experienced 𝗦𝗿. 𝗛𝗥 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 with strong expertise in 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗛𝗥 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗥 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Communicate, manage, and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices for designated employees. • Create and maintain a positive, healthy, and safe work environment in compliance with labor laws and company regulations. • Prepare and issue HR letters, documents, and certificates (e.g., offer letters, confirmation letters) in consultation with management. • Handle full and final settlements of employees. • Conduct employee orientation and facilitate onboarding formalities. • Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data, and develop strategies to reduce turnover. • Resolve employee grievances and perform root-cause analysis of HR-related issues. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿: • Experience: 3–5 years across all HR domains. • Strong background in employee relations and grievance handling. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Good analytical, logical, and decision-making abilities. • People-oriented and result-driven approach.
