We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to help us identify and hire top talent. This role is key to supporting our growth by ensuring a seamless and efficient HR process. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. • Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, company website). • Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals. • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. • Conduct initial phone or video interviews and schedule further interviews with relevant stakeholders. • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles. • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure all records are up to date. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or campus hiring drives. • Prepare and extend offer letters; support pre-boarding and onboarding processes. • Track recruitment metrics to analyze hiring performance and suggest improvements.
