About the job
Job Description: • Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates, followed by seamless onboarding to integrate new employees into the company culture. • Employee Engagement: Driving initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention through feedback, recognition programs, and regular communication. • Grievance Handling: Addressing employee concerns and conflicts professionally to ensure a healthy and productive work environment. • Event Management: Planning and organizing internal events such as team-building activities, celebrations, and awareness programs to foster workplace camaraderie. • HR Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Team Collaboration & Support: Working closely with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and contribute to overall business goals.
