This role requires strong hands-on HR operations experience, sound knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to act as a trusted HR partner.Key Responsibilities :• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll coordination, and performance management processes• Support managers with workforce planning, performance management cycles, and employee engagement initiatives• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and internal HR processes• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems• Assist with internal and external audits, HR reporting, and immigration coordination as applicable• Provide senior-level support and guidance to junior HR team members and oversee day-to-day HR activitiesExperience & Qualifications :• 4+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field• Strong hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management• Sound knowledge of employment laws and statutory compliance• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentialityWhat We Offer :• Opportunity to sell high-value digital transformation & cloud-led solutions.• High-growth career path with leadership & P&L ownership opportunities• Health insurance for you & your family• Complimentary meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)• Culture that promotes innovation, continuous learning & ownershipPreferred :• Prior experience in IT services or consulting organizations• Experience supporting global teams / night shift operationsImportant Note :This is a Night Shift role.
