Role Overview : The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and supporting business leaders in driving effective people practices. This role requires strong hands-on HR operations experience, sound knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to act as a trusted HR partner. Key Responsibilities : • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll coordination, and performance management processes • Support managers with workforce planning, performance management cycles, and employee engagement initiatives • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and internal HR processes • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems • Assist with internal and external audits, HR reporting, and immigration coordination as applicable • Provide senior-level support and guidance to junior HR team members and oversee day-to-day HR activities Experience & Qualifications : • 4+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Strong hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management • Sound knowledge of employment laws and statutory compliance • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality What We Offer : • Opportunity to sell high-value digital transformation & cloud-led solutions. • High-growth career path with leadership & P&L ownership opportunities • Health insurance for you & your family • Complimentary meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) • Culture that promotes innovation, continuous learning & ownership Preferred : • Prior experience in IT services or consulting organizations • Experience supporting global teams / night shift operations Important Note : This is a Night Shift role.
