Key Responsibilities: · Oversee end-to-end attendance, leave, and warehouse works. · Vendor management including compliance, billing, and performance reviews. · Drive recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities for blue collar workforce. · Knowledge about statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments Act, etc. · Handle escalated employee grievances and conduct disciplinary procedures where needed. · Support implementation of HR policies and engagement activities at site level. · Conduct periodic audits of documents and processes to ensure HR quality standards. Requirement: • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in logistics/warehousing • Strong team management and coordination skills • In-depth understanding of HR compliance, vendor management, and audit processes • Excellent in MS Excel, report generation, and HRIS tools • Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities • Willingness to travel to multiple warehouse sites when required
