Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, commercial, and support roles - White collar as well as blue collar Onboarding & Documentation • Manage joining formalities, HR documentation, and employee records Performance Management • Assist in designing and executing annual appraisal processes HR Operations & Compliance • Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and HR MIS Employee Engagement & Support • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
