Job description: Job Summary The Senior HR Executive will manage core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding). • Employee Relations: • Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment. • Performance Management: • Assist in implementing appraisal systems and tracking employee performance. • HR Policies & Compliance: • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. • Training & Development: • Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives. • HR Operations: • Maintain HRIS, employee records, and generate HR reports. • Act as a point of contact between management and employees. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations. • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance. • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
