Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Generalist Role ● Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, confirmations, exits, and full & final settlements. ● Act as a point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and policy interpretation. ● Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies. ● Drive performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback cycles. ● Support leadership in organizational development and HR strategy. ● Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and MIS reports using HRMS/CRM tools. Payroll & Accounts Coordination ● Handle payroll processing, salary structuring, and salary disbursements. ● Coordinate with external consultants for audits and compliance. ● Manage salary revisions, incentives, reimbursements, and payroll-related queries. Recruitment & Talent Management ● Coordinate with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring needs.
