• Job Description* Position: Senior HR Manager Company: AgriBegri Tradelink Pvt. Ltd. Salary: Up to 35k (No bar for the right candidate) Department: Human Resources Reporting To: Management • Role Purpose* The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and positive employee relations in an e-commerce environment. • Key Responsibilities* • Plan and manage manpower requirements as per business needs • Handle recruitment, offer letters, and appointment documentation • Manage employee onboarding, induction, and HR documentation • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift data • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and labour laws • Support performance appraisal and KPI implementation • Plan and coordinate training and skill development programs • Handle employee grievances and engagement activities • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures • Manage resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements • Prepare HR MIS reports on headcount, attrition, attendance, and compliance • Skills Required* • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws • Experience in payroll and statutory compliance • Good communication and coordination skills • Strong documentation and reporting ability • Experience* • 3–6 years of relevant HR experience (E-commerce/Operations preferred)
