We are on the lookout for a Senior or Lead HR manager to unlock human capital and growth. Stationed in our Padmanabhanagar Campus in Bengaluru, you will be instrumental in enhancing our organizational dynamics and delivering on the mission. Duties and Responsibilities ● Manage core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and training, ensuring processes are efficient, goal-oriented, and responsive to employee needs. ● Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals, including workforce planning, talent development, and retention. ● Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders by leveraging strong influencing and interpersonal skills to act as a trusted business advisor. ● Oversee workforce planning and ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent through effective recruitment, onboarding, and talent management strategies. ● Establish comprehensive performance management frameworks integrated with professional development programs to enhance employee potential and drive organizational outcomes. ● Cultivate a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture through initiatives that drive productivity, recognition, and employee well-being. ● Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and evolving regulations by maintaining and updating policies in alignment with industry best practices.
