Senior HR Manager

About the job

We are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Manager with deep expertise in HR policy design, SOP development, HR manuals, Job Descriptions (JDs), performance management systems, and strategic HR. This role requires a highly structured, documentation-driven HR professional who has built HR systems from the ground up, led teams, and partnered closely with senior leadership. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, as the role involves extensive drafting, documentation, and leadership communication. Key Responsibilities • Design, draft, and implement HR policies, SOPs, HR manuals, and governance frameworks • Create, standardize, and periodically review Job Descriptions (JDs) across all roles and levels • Own and lead HR documentation architecture, ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance • Design and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS) including KRAs, KPIs, appraisals, and improvement plans • Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational growth and leadership direction • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices • Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, ensuring disciplined execution and documentation adherence • Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy • Handle complex employee relations, policy interpretation, and governance matters with maturity • Ensure transparent, professional, and consistent HR communication across the organization Key Requirements • MBA in Human Resources (mandatory) • 12–14 years of progressive HR experience • Proven expertise in HR policy drafting and implementation • SOP creation and HR manuals • Job Description (JD) creation and standardization • Performance Management Systems (PMS) • Strategic HR and governance • Demonstrated experience in handling and leading an HR team • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills • Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills • High level of integrity, structure, and ownership Location Requirement (Mandatory) • Candidates must be currently residing in Dwarka or West Delhi only
