Job Title : Senior HR Manager – Gopalan Enterprises Location : Bengaluru Experience : 13–20 Years Department : Human Resources Role Summary The Senior HR Manager will lead and manage the HR function across multiple business units including real estate, malls, hospitality, manufacturing, facilities, retail and education. The role focuses on HR strategy, manpower planning, employee engagement, ... performance management, HR operations, statutory compliance and leadership support , ensuring a strong people-centric culture aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities1️⃣ HR Strategy & Business Partnership• Act as a strategic HR partner to business heads and leadership teams• Support organisation growth, manpower planning & budgeting• Implement people policies, governance and HR best practices• Drive HR digital transformation & process excellence2️⃣ Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning• Lead hiring for leadership, corporate & operational roles• Build strong talent pipelines & succession plans• Support diversity hiring initiatives• Oversee onboarding & induction programs3️⃣ Performance Management & Capability Development• Implement PMS cycles & goal-setting frameworks• Drive learning & development initiatives• Support career development & leadership capability building4️⃣ Employee Engagement & Culture Building• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives• Resolve grievances & promote healthy work relations• Improve retention & employee experience• Strengthen organisational values & culture5️⃣ HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance• Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination & audits• Ensure statutory & labour law compliance across all units• Maintain accurate HRMS data & dashboards• Should have handled payroll for a minimum of 3,000 employees• Hands-on implementation experience with HRMS tools like GreytHR is an added advantage6️⃣ Stakeholder & Vendor Management• Partner with leadership, finance & legal teams• Manage recruitment partners, consultants & training vendors7️⃣ Reports, Analytics & Governance• Publish HR dashboards & MIS reports• Monitor attrition, productivity & people metrics• Support audits & policy implementationCandidate Profile• 13–20 years of HR leadership experience , preferably in multi-business environments (real estate, retail, hospitality, facility management, manufacturing, etc.)• Strong exposure to HR strategy, compliance, HR operations, PMS & employee relations• Experience in handling large workforce environments• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management & leadership skills• Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-growing organisationEducation• MBA / MSW / PG in Human Resources preferred
