Senior HR Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior HR Manager who can drive people excellence, build strong talent pipelines, and align HR strategy with business growth objectives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage end-to-end HR operations while strengthening organizational culture. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end HR Operations (Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Exit Formalities) • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals • Manage talent acquisition for multiple departments • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives • Handle payroll coordination, compliance, and statutory requirements • Design and implement KPI-driven performance frameworks • Support leadership with workforce planning and succession strategy • Strengthen HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structure Key Requirements: • 5–8 years of proven HR experience (minimum 2 years in a leadership role) • Strong knowledge of HR best practices & labor laws • Experience managing multi-department teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strategic mindset with operational execution capability • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
