Senior HR Manager
About the job
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HR Operations, and Policy Implementation. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and hands-on HR expertise. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles. • Develop hiring strategies and manpower planning with leadership teams. • Drive employer branding initiatives. 2. HR Operations & Compliance • Oversee HR policies, HRMS, onboarding, exit formalities. • Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment. • Maintain HR documentation, MIS, and audits. 3. Performance Management • Drive annual appraisal cycle and OKR/KPI-based evaluations. • Coach managers on performance improvement plans (PIP). • Implement continuous feedback mechanisms. 4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building • Plan and execute engagement activities, R&R programs. • Improve employee experience and build positive workplace culture. • Handle grievances and maintain workplace harmony. 5. Training & Development • Identify training needs and create L&D initiatives. • Conduct leadership development and soft-skills sessions. 6. Strategic HR & Leadership Support • Act as HR business partner for business heads. • Support organizational development and workforce restructuring. • Provide insights using HR analytics for decision-making. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month Experience: • HR manager: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
