Role Summary :- We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager who can independently manage the Human Resources function of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, payroll management, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations across office, warehouse, and coordination with factory HR when required. Key Responsibilities :- Manage ...  end-to-end recruitment processes. Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Handle employee relations and workplace concerns. Design and implement performance management systems. Develop Human resource policies and SOPs. Provide HR reports to management. Key Performance Indicators:- Time-to-hire and quality of hiring. Payroll accuracy and timeliness. Employee retention rate Compliance adherence Employee satisfaction and grievance resolution time. Implementation of HR policies and systems Human Resource System and Tools:- Attendance systems Payroll software MS Excel / HR reporting tools Personal Attributes :- Maturity in handling sensitive situations Ability to handle both blue-collar and white-collar workforce Strong ownership mindset Practical problem-solving approach Qualification:-MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
