JD: Senior HR Manager - Talent Acquisition Location: Mumbai - Andheri - ( Chakala Metro Station) Experience: Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in handling full facet of in streamlining HR processes, recruitment, managing the employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance Role Description: We're looking for an experienced Sr. HR manager with 10 - 12 years in HR Operations to oversee HR processes, recruitment, managing the employee life cycle, ensure compliance, and drive HR initiatives that align with business goals. You'll collaborate with senior leadership and advocate for employees, fostering a strong, supportive work environment. Responsibilities: · Develop and implement HR operations strategies and processes that align with the firm’s goals. · Oversee all day-to-day HR activities to ensure smooth functioning of HR operations. · Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, promotions, transfers, and off-boarding processes. · Lead payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and benefits, while adhering to internal policies and compliance with legal requirements. · Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with labor laws and other statutory regulations. Conduct audits and ensure the firm is up to date with changes in employment laws. · Oversee HR data management, ensuring accurate record keeping and handling of employee data. Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making by senior leadership. · Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing any employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. · Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs, manage employee development programs, and improve skills development and employee performance. · Oversee HRMS systems to ensure that data is accurate, up to date, and efficiently managed. Implement HR technology and process improvements to streamline HR operations. · Drive the performance management cycle, working closely with managers to ensure regular feedback, performance reviews, and the implementation of corrective action plans when necessary. · Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, contributing to a positive workplace culture and improving overall employee morale. · Manage the HR budget for operations, recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure efficient utilization of resources. · Lead and manage HR projects, including process improvements, HR system upgrades, and strategic HR initiatives aligned with firm’s goals. Qualifications: · Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or similar) are highly desirable. (BA / MA candidates are excused) · 10 - 12 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, with proven expertise in managing day-to-day HR Operations, recruitment, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. Experience in HR leadership roles is preferred. · Advanced proficiency in HRMS (e.g., SAP, Darwinbox , SPINE , ZOHO , Peoplesoft and other/ similar), Microsoft Office Suite (Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and HR analytics tools. Strong understanding of HR metrics and reporting. Knowledge of AI related tools would be added advantage. · Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead a team of HR professionals, collaborate across departments, and build relationships with senior leadership. · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, coach, and mentor employees at all levels of the firm. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex HR issues and provide innovative solutions. · High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive employee information and organizational matters. · Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. · A strong understanding of employee needs and a passion for creating a positive employee experience and work environment. NOTE : Candidate must be from Mumbai based. (Central suburbs - till Kalyan / Western suburbs - till Virar)
