The ideal candidate will advise local leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and culture. This position offers scope for talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations in a rapidly growing technology-driven environment. 7+ years of experience in human resources, including 3+ years as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner. Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations. Experience working in a technology/IT or multinational setting. Hands-on exposure to HR operations, performance management, and employee relations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
