We’re now looking for a strategic and tech-savvy HR Recruiter to help us attract world-class talent and build scalable HR systems to support our fast-paced growth. About the Role As an HR Recruiter at DRIMCO, you’ll lead hiring for cutting-edge roles (India + Germany) in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Product Managers, Engineering and Senior Executives. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to identify top talent, streamline HR processes, and create a best-in-class candidate experience. What You’ll Do • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior positions, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Product Managers and Engineering roles. • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, skills, and success profiles. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Develop and implement HR and recruitment processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency. • Build and track HR analytics dashboards for hiring metrics, diversity goals, and performance indicators. • Strengthen employer branding through engaging candidate experiences and outreach initiatives. What You’ll Bring • 4–6 years of HR/recruitment international experience with at least 3 years focused on tech, AI, or engineering roles. • Strong understanding of technical hiring for AI, Data Science, and Software Engineering roles. • Proven experience with HRMS tools. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Experience setting up or scaling HR and recruitment operations in startups or tech organizations.
