Gratitude Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior HR Recruiter with proven expertise in IT and BPO recruitment. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle independently while working remotely and ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring requirements in alignment with business objectives. Key Roles & Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and BPO roles, from requirement gathering to onboarding • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases • Conduct in-depth candidate screening and interviews (telephonic and virtual) • Partner with hiring managers to understand role specifications, timelines, and quality expectations • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups • Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records using ATS and reporting trackers • Ensure adherence to hiring timelines, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards • Deliver a consistent and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory) • Age: 30 years and above • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as an IT & BPO HR Recruiter • Demonstrated success in volume hiring as well as niche positions • Strong understanding of IT and BPO hiring processes and market trends • Ability to work independently in a remote/WFH environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desired Skills & Competencies • Advanced sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, job portals, and social platforms • Strong screening, negotiation, and closure capabilities • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously with minimal supervision • High level of professionalism, ownership, and confidentiality • Proficiency in ATS, MS Excel, and recruitment analytics
