Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ooty for a Senior HR Recruiter. In this position, you will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and build strong talent pipelines. The Senior HR Recruiter will also work on employer branding and maintain positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment cycle. Qualifications • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and sourcing candidates using diverse channels. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with candidates and hiring managers. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems , recruitment tools, and industry platforms. • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and recommend improvements for optimized hiring processes. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously. • Relevant experience in recruitment within the tech or real estate industry is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with an HR certification being advantageous.
