Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Executive, located in Indore. The Senior Executive will oversee human resource activities, focusing mainly on recruitment and employee relations, and grievance. Qualifications • Proficiency in recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and hiring best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships • Experience in team collaboration and fostering a positive organizational culture • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) • At least 3 years of progressive experience in human resource management or a similar role
