Senior HR – Talent Acquisition
About the job
Key Responsibilities • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. • Manage candidate communication, maintain the recruitment pipeline, and update applicant tracking systems. • Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media. • Conduct initial HR screening calls and assist in candidate evaluations. • Support in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies (leave, attendance, remote/hybrid work, etc.). • Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies. • Participate in building employee engagement activities and culture initiatives. • Support documentation, employee onboarding, and exit formalities. • Maintain employee records and help in preparing HR reports.
