The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a technical owner and strategic partner for the organization's HR technology landscape. • Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, enhance,, and support configurations. integrations , & APIs; Data interfaces, automation solutions across the HRIS ecosystem. Perform hands-on development using Dayforce capabilities including:User access reports integration studio Dashboards & Analytics Troubleshoot and resolve complex system or data issues through structured root-cause analysis Ensure system data integrity security compliance with applicable internal regulatory requirements Advise stakeholders on architectures integrations data flow design.n-Evaluate configs for scalability performance maintainability Support SaaS upgrades vendor releases defect tracking .system change management Develop maintain tech docs /standards operating procedures Partner with leaders to translate reqs into designs Operate within evolving ambiguous reqs Lead contribute implementations comp initiatives systems projects Provide user suppornt train junior analysts promote best practices team Analyze datasets Build scalable reports workfoces analytics soluition Data-driven decision makin workforce intellince initiativies/g>
